This page is divided into two parts. Part A applies to this website and to the supply of our products and services. Part B applies to the Tirupati Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd. mobile application. Each part is numbered separately.

Tirupati Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd. is a specialist manufacturer of customized drawing based mechanical products catering to the engineering sector, including various types of spares, engineering goods, equipment and assemblies. Our registered office is situated at Belgachia, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal, India.
3. Use of This Website

The product listings on this website are indicative and have been provided to give a background of the scope of our work. They do not constitute an exhaustive catalogue, nor an offer for sale. We manufacture and develop products as per the drawing or sample supplied by the customer. Product images are illustrative and actual products may vary in appearance, dimensions and finish. While we take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and current, we do not warrant that all descriptions, specifications or other content are complete, reliable or error free.
6. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
- Any enquiry made through this website or by email or telephone does not create a binding contract between you and TAPL.
- Quotations issued by us are valid only for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change thereafter.
- A contract comes into existence only when we accept a purchase order in writing, and is governed by the commercial terms recorded in that purchase order and our acceptance.
- Where these Terms conflict with the specific terms of an accepted purchase order, the terms of the accepted purchase order shall prevail.
- Once manufacturing has commenced on a customized, drawing based item, orders may not be cancelled or amended without our written consent, and any costs already incurred shall be payable by the customer.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, duties, levies, freight and insurance, which shall be charged additionally at the prevailing rates. Payment terms shall be as agreed and recorded in the accepted purchase order. Title in the goods shall pass to the customer only upon receipt of payment in full.
8. Delivery and Despatch
We endeavour to deliver our products with punctuality, and we make every effort to accommodate urgent requirements of our clients. Delivery schedules communicated by us are good faith estimates based on the information available at the time, and are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing. We shall not be liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays in the supply of raw material, customer approvals or drawing revisions.
9. Quality, Inspection and Warranty
- Quality is our foremost priority, and our products pass through stringent inspection at every stage of manufacture.
- The customer or its nominated agency may inspect goods at our works prior to despatch, on reasonable prior notice and during normal working hours.
- Goods must be examined on receipt. Any shortage, damage in transit or visible defect should be notified to us in writing within a reasonable period from the date of delivery.
- We warrant that goods manufactured by us shall conform to the approved drawing and agreed specification. This warranty does not extend to defects arising from normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, inadequate maintenance, or operation outside the intended service conditions.
- Where a claim under this warranty is accepted, our liability shall be limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the affected goods, or to a credit of the price paid for them.
10. Drawings and Confidentiality
Drawings, samples, specifications and technical data supplied to us by a customer for the purpose of manufacture remain the property of that customer, and will be treated by us as confidential. We shall not disclose such material to any third party except to the extent necessary to perform the order, or as required by law. Likewise, any designs, process know how, tooling or documentation developed and owned by us shall remain our property, and shall not be reproduced or shared by the customer without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
This website may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services, including mapping services. Such links and content are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website or service.
12. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to this website. We shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strike or other industrial action, interruption of power supply, failure of transport or logistics networks, or any act, order or restriction of a government authority.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the supply of our goods, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Howrah and Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any such dispute or claim.

Users acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against users where applicable.
